Motel Hell DVD

Totally disappointed by Motel Hell
This movie made promises it did not deliver. The "killers" in this movie use chloroform on their victims, then bury them up to their necks in the garden with cut vocal cords and a bag over their heads. It is the horror movie equivalent to shooting fish in a barrel. There wasn't even one good kill in the entire movie. Ed Gein Interpretation
Probably one of the best depictions of the story of Ed Gein, despite being a low budget B movie. Not everything is accurately portrayed, but is fairly close. Nice touches of dark humour in the bar scene and newspaper/dinner table scene. Overall, makes it easier to imagine what life must have been like for Ed, secluded alone,in that cold dark farmhouse, with only rotting corpes for companionship.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Wild and Wacky
I had seen Motel Hell when it came out in 1980 and only a few minutes of it when it was shown on TCM last year. The critics hated it but I thought it was quite scary/funny.
