Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance offers a decidedly console-styled take on Black Isle's AD&D-based Baldur's Gate series. Though the game features the same basic isometric third-person perspective as its acclaimed predecessors on the PC, its fully 3D gameplay is designed to offer a steady flow of "hack and slash" dungeon-crawling action. While a good story is important to any worthwhile role-playing adventure, the players may find themselves more immediately involved with the particulars of their single-player characters in BG: Dark Alliance, as the solitary plotline removes some of the (otherwise welcome) distractions of group interaction and party management. An all-new game engine created specifically for this title makes use of the Xbox's combination of high-end specifications, offering detailed textures and impressive dynamic lighting effects.

a classic tmust play
I only wanted Baldur's Gate, so i haven't got much to say on Fable. Baldur's gate is good. Its older so take the classics with a grain of salt for graphics but its an awesome game, I played it for just a bit back in 2002 and i still remembered it to order it.

An Oldie But Goodie-Baldur's Gate
I had played Baldur's Gate years ago, and enjoyed it. Playing it again,many years later, I found it to be still an awesome game! The graphics are good, as well as the immersive storyline. One of my favorites!

Amazing old school action role playing g...
Amazing old school action role playing game that stands the test of time. After you finish playing this you must play Baldur's Dark Alliance 2 it's even better!

Awesome Game!
This game is as awesome as i remember it being. It is nonstop fun and i could play all day if i didn't have to work or be responsible. Graphics are great, sound quality and voice actors are amazing. I wish i would have bought it years ago.

Dark alliance
It's in perfect like new condition. The only the is the case was busted, but that's no big deal because the games works great.

Love it
Great game at a great price. The disc only had a few scrachtes (which is expected in the description under condition). It works really well

Nostalgic!
The disc was loose in the box but it hasn't affected game play. Bought this game for a little bit of nostalgia and so my daughter could play along.
