Small, works EXACTLY as intended
They're smaller than you think. So they are more comfortable to sleep with than you think. I was skeptical because of the pre-loaded sounds and how they don't work as regular headphones. But I think Bose is trying to solve a very specific problem and they do just that. Totally blocks out snoring but maintains enough awareness for safety. The price also made me weary. Look for them refurbished. Lego Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine Set is preety nice
