  • Have fun learning how to use your salt block

    We caught wind of the salt block grilling thing and had to get one. So I saw this title in many areas of the web when searching "how to use a salt block for grilling" and decided to procure a copy. Whereas it is not a comprehensive teach all source it does offer a good overview of what can be achieved with a slat block, how to temper one before your first use, the versatility of salt blocks and what to expect during an ownership period of one. The cost for a previously read copy was quite affordable and I would say makes it a must have for the salt block novice. We are glad we acquired it and it got us off and cooking right away. We have used the book and the block twice in week one - it is just a fun dinner option.
