I give this reel 2 thumbs up. Maybe IM just a die hard Shamano fan
I bought my first Shimano baitrunner back in the late 80's and i still have them 250, 350, 3500, 650 ,6500. I still have them all and all but one sill work fine even with a lot of wear and tear on them. I have a friend that is a die hard Penn fan, but i have watch him go threw quite a few Penn's over the years while i still have my trusty Shimano reels. I just brought the Shimano BTR4000OC , and I notice that it feels smoother then the older one one that i have even when i first bought them. I'M pretty sure that I'm going to just as happy with this one as i have been with the others, maybe even more. As for the price that i got this one, I think it was a awesome deal.
