Entertaining and Engaging
Excellent true story of Norwegian resistance fighters who set out to destroy the German Heavy Water facility in Norway during the Second World War. Film features excellent performances by Kirk Douglas and Richard Harris. The film does a fairly good job of covering the history or the event without too much embellishment and keeps your interest well. The story line may move a bit slowly for millennials who are accustomed to non-stop action at the expense of a story or character development. Overall a well acted and entertaining classic. Seldom told story, but true.

If you are into History this is a must see movie!
This was an important part of history that some few good men risked their life’s to stop an attempt of the Germans from developing an atomic bomb, which would have won the war for Germany if they were successful.
