Meshuggah is second to none.
Having owned the original version of this release I can definitely say that it is an improvement. Similar to the remastering of "Nothing" the guitar and vocals are more crisp, and the overall mix sounds just a bit better to my ears. I also like the fact that there are a few bonus tracks on the disc, because you can never get quite enough of them. "Oh darn, the disc is over - wait a minute, there's more!" I'm so glad that the powers that be decided to put this one out again as the earlier version was getting extremely hard to come by (and if you did come by it, it was usually for an absurd asking price).
