The seller showed pictures of all of the flaws of the doll and was up front about what the doll's condition was. The shipping wasn't great, only because the post office made a mistake. I contacted the seller to make sure my address was correct on the shipping label (and it was). Her communication was excellent. I received my package and she added extra items, and packed the doll so meticulously. So pleased with this seller.
