Decent value. Also fits Yukon/ Tahoe
I bought this for my 2016 Yukon. Rough country said it only fit the Silverado and Sierra and I suspected the Tahoe and Yukon had the same intake. I was missing the 2 clamps everyone else was. I was surprised to see the air inlet hose fittings were some cheap thin plastic. The hose barbs are cheap plastic that don't fit the hoses tightly.
i would rather of had metal than plastic hose barbs. The barbs are smaller than the hose and I put clamps, not included on to ensure the hoses would not come off. The correct sized hose barbs, make of steel would be a great improvement. Very good product.
Thanks. Great product and fairly straight forward installing. only issue was the valve vent tubes where bigger id than the od of the plastic connector in kit. Had to use own small hose clamps to hold in place. Not a huge deal. Make sure you don’t install the intake tube to tight to the throttle body as it will rattle at various speeds. Need to clamp it with a gap in the rubber connector so it can move freely without metal on metal as the motor vibrates .Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Nice product needs a lil work before install.
Fits well. A little loud. They shorted me 2 small hose clamps (per instructions). I also had to make a home polishing tool with a drill to clean the inside of the tube out because it was filled with overspray and metal shavings. No big deal I stapled some scotch brite pads to a wooden dowel rod and got it cleaned out. Best bang for the buck

The only issue i have is the heat shield...
The only issue i have is the heat shield is supposed to seal at the hood. They even send gasket material to put on it so that it will. But when hood is closed there is still a couple inches of space. So it actually doesn't seal at all.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Complete the kit
