Book arrived on time as described. Good condition and value for the money. Packaging was acceptable, no damage during transit. Pages appear in fair shape, no tears but some evidence of moisture in a few areas, no biggie. Book is very useable and will work out nicely. Would do business with this seller again, thank you.

Better than original furnace .Better BTU's. Quality parts used. Professional service from store. I highly recommend because you can't get a better deal.

I did some research and this was definitely the best value when replacing my Suburban SF-30 trailer furnace. When it arrived it was packaged very well and everything was intact. The swap took about 25 minutes. The only delay was having to notch out the existing case that my old furnace core was in and placing an extension on my LP gas line since the location doesn't quite match up. Fired it up and it ran like a charm, make sure you run it for a couple hours before trying to camp, it has to burn off some of the smell of a new core.I did some research and this was definitely the best value when replacing my Suburban SF-30 trailer furnace. A Great Product but we needed to purchase additional accessories to install it.
Our furnace in our RV was on its way out. You could hear the motor struggling and didn't ignite intermittently,, so my husband researched and found this replacement furnace core which is the compatible type for our RV. HOWEVER: anyone considering buying this replacement core needs to be aware that if they are considering this product, if all access points and connections are on the inside of the RV (as ours are) as opposed to the standard - access points being outside, then the chances are that they will have a problem installing it without the proper accessories, such as an extension connection hose, as well as 3/8 inch flare nuts. (If you're doing this job yourself and this is the case for you, you need a flaring tool as well.) We learned all of this the hard way and had to go two days ...
