Timeless
Styles may change, but character, love, heartbreak, are eternal aspects of life. The storyline is from civil war era America, but the vibrancy of the story, the individuality of the characters, and the skilled telling allow it to be valid and entertaining in any era. The story includes all the things we face in life, love, loss, generosity, humility, impatience, and gratitude. The story centers around four sisters. Each has her own distinctly individual personality. They blend together to make a fun, happy family.
