Not cooperative and totally did not understand that the SELLER has to file the claim-she has the log in for her accounts. I now have almost $500 that is on my CC... CC company has to wait for eBay. Unprofessional, noy willing to put forth effort to get this resolved after I immediately contacted. UPS not totally at fault NO bubble wrap and corners not protected. U R Blocked!!
