Very easy to set up. high quality. great...
Very easy to set up. high quality. great design. I have an older extension ladder but this fits perfectly. I wish i would have bought this years ago!

Well built
Didn't think to much after taking them out of box. Put them together very easy. Arms seem to be very loose when slid in main unit. But after locked on the ladder and stood up that are very stable. I purchased two of them not sure why I haven't gotten them before know. Only gave a four star because of loose design . otherwise very nice unit.

Good Value/Quick to adjust for different roof heights
The stabilizer is quick and easy to install. I have an upper and lower roof, so moving the stabilizer, quickly, to accomodate roof heights is extremely important to me. There are no bolts to remove. It is quick and easy.

works with right type ladder, good that I have both types.
Does not fit ladder like the folding ladders with the rungs on top of frame. fits extension ladders with rungs inside the frame.

Werner AC78 Ladder Stabilizer
Although this is a Werner Ladder Stabilizer, I'm using it on a both a Werner 16 foot extension ladder and a Louisville 24 foot extension ladder. Unlike other stabilizers, this one slips on and is locked in place by a cam and pin. Very easy to install and take off.

"Weighs nothing"
I had one that clamped on to the ladder which added quite a bit of weight to the ladder especially when trying to hang the ladder back on the wall. No longer in my prime it was very hard to put that 24' ladder up or even down. With this I just remove it in about two seconds, much easier to handle that big ladder now.

Easy to install
This stabilizer is easy to install and remove. It is also very light which helps while extending and moving the ladder. It was very stable despite its light weight. I would recommend it.

fits my ladders
I tried it on both my ladders and it installed and removed easily. The way it attaches is very quick and easy. I have not used it yet but it looks like it will make my ladders more stable.

Great Stabilizer
The stabilizer is designed in a fashion to allow it to be installed and locked into place within a few seconds. It is just as easily removed and stands wide enough to offer protection when working from the ladder. A very good product and I would purchase it again.
