I contacted seller to see if I could get some sort of refund and I sent pictures. I didn’t get a note but was told that it was the seller’s grandparents and they were not expecting to mail it overseas. Don’t allow it to be mailed overseas if that’s not what you expected and this was a gift for my husband because his grandparents also had the same ones. To say it was a disappointment.
