Same with other shipping companies. The seller sent the item out was returned problem with my address then reshipped without P.O. Box number that is needed at times from these shipping companies. Anyways, I got my Pyrex item it’s a pretty bowl and completes my set. I would buy again from this seller. It’s a constant battle with fed ex, ups, usps.
