Dress was new with tags, as noted in description and was certainly more affordable that purchasing new. Thank you, Tracy - can't wait to take a few minutes and see what else you have. We have committed to way more clothing shopping this way!

Somewhere the process, the shipping company (not the seller) sent it to a different state. I worked with the seller and he was TOTALLY on it!
