I wrote to him and begged him to cancel the purchase so that I could buy it again and send it to the correct address, but he refused to do that and ignored my many messages that I sent to him. Now my son is crying, wanting the game because it was delayed and I have to do it again. By purchasing it, or I write to the wrong address so that they send it to me at the correct address

The seller offered a partial refund, allowing me to attempt to repair the item. I accepted the risk and failed, my fault. I am completely satisfied with the seller regardless of the outcome. I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.

When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine.
