I have photos & videos of the parcel received & sent. The image they sent had stickers on the opposite side so is lying about it being my unit as you can see in my image through bubble wrap diff sticker location & no damage. Gives me full refund which doesn’t make sense if they said I damaged it. They know they’re lying. I would stay away. We falsely accused this customer but realised that the customer wasn't in the wrong. Apologised straight away after realising our mistake but the customer clearly didn't accept our apology.

However, my unit arrived with a dent in the WiFi Antenna connector. This is NOT an issue for me because I can replace it but it could be a concern for others as it can cause issues. I wish it was mentioned. BUT if this ACTUALLY happened in transit then I wish there had been more solid packaging, such as cardboard, around the end of the device to shield it more when delivered. (attached a pic of suggestion).
