    Could be called an Encyclopedia of International Pastas

    How did I get along without this book before now? A friend loaned me hers this summer and I could not believe the huge range of content and coverage. Most incrediably, I found a recipe for Pho soup that I have sought since the 1990's. Their's is chicken stock based and the complexity of flavor is amazing. Wish I had bought this 18 years ago when it came out!

    The up and coming chef!!

    My grandson has been part of cooking since he was 2. His mom has allowed him to cut, season as his age permitted with the proper safety methods in mind for his age. Working in the food industry myself I have gotten him his apron, tools for the kitchen. He loves pasta dishes and when he visits at the then age of 9 he cooks dinner for his grandpa and me. We have make out his grocery list and then to the market we go. This pasta book is right up his alley in sauces and pasta. Great cookbook. MA-CCR:
