This is good customer service on his part. The content of the PC is more important than the case of course and everything came as specified. All new items. All working excellently. Early days but so far great. I am very satisfied especially as it was delivered promptly. I will buy from them again.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
