Seller showed extreme bad faith by deliberately refusing the monetary refund remedy and demanding the return of the destroyed drone (they knew it was lost in water). Seller also shipped batteries fully charged (unsafe Li-ion practice). Is delaying the $499 refund until THIS is returned to avoid the full $698 financial liability. (only $199) . forced to seek remedy through regulatory action.
