In my experience with this type of mat the crease does not walk out it is there to stay. Might consider sending them flat not folded. Other than that it if very pretty and super thick. Quick ship

Reportedtly they found it by accident. LOL. At any rate none of that has anything to do with the seller! Seller did great! Once USPS found the package it arrived promptly.
