Post office had put it in a plastic bag to protect the address label. This should have been a negative but at least sellers responded to my emails . Very disappointing purchase

I tried to contact the seller a few times if I need to return the item Or they can replace it. Unfortunately there was no reply. Other than the loop, the Hat was good. But, not satisfied with the service.

I received non certified juniors batons instead of the I.A.A.F. certified adult batons I had ordered. Seller refunded as they were unable to replace as they did not have the correct items for replacement.
