Communication was adequate and excellent. I look forward to many hours of enjoyment because of the recipes in this cookbook. However, I am disappointed at the quality of the binding, which is regrettable in its integrity and quite spongy (and it was, even when it was within the plastic wrap). I certainly should have looked for something nicer, particularly having paid such a price for it.
