The item listing showed 24 hour Royal Mail Tracked, but when dispatched it showed 24 hour non-tracked. A day later I received a note saying that the item had just been shipped with Amazon Shipments. Although the item still arrived within the original timeframe (hence the positive rather than neutral feedback) I didn't know which delivery company was going to make the delivery.
