I did realize this is an open box I would have thought that the product would be inspected as there were a few things that needed to be addressed. 1) there was no cables. I took care of that myself. 2) the rubber ear pieces (Tips) were not included, I took care of that issue. One concern I had, the internal ear piece mechanism was loosen on both ear plugs and came out. I put crazy glue on both so not to be exposed and now be protected. They work great ...Thx

They were well packaged and arrived in stated condition, however one of them did not have the total year left. After contacting the seller they told me to send it back and they would replace it with one that did. As promised I received the replacement and it was as stated in the ad.
