Arrived packaged securely and once opened it looked fantastic. Gorgeous led lights making it look amazing for gamers. Quality is great! Its for my sons xmas present, he will be so happy. The TB hard drive is shared between 3 drives and may look like less but if you look into it everything is there. Again the comments put me off when it was ordered but the lads have done a great job.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
