They were slow shipping the correct item, due to they were in the process of of moving. Overall it was a good experience. The coilovers are in good shape and work as they should. Good value. Item came with a few scratches which is expected with an open-box item. Appearance is good.

    The item was delivered and wrapped very well. 2 layers of cardboard, plenty of bubble wrap, you will not need to worry about these being damaged. Seller has great communication times and will answer the questions asked every day. When I ordered my coilovers, they sadly didn't have them in stock, but quickly notified me after the purchase and gave me some options to choose from in terms of getting or refunding the product due to the delay. They even sent me a small free lanyard as a thank you!

    Ordered the extreme low bcs. It did take a while for them to be made, but it was totally worth it. Wish they kept me updated with the shipping because they kind of just arrived out of the nowhere, but it’s not a big deal. The package had no damage and was in great condition. They ride so smooth and have a big drop. Totally would buy again and wait the time to receive them. Seller kept me in touch and they have great customer service.
