Newt shows no "voice"
Not better than expected. It is mainly like ready just a whole lot facts, one after another. The book lacks "voice". It could have been written by anyone. There is nothing about it that says -- this is Newt! You ask the wrong questions in "Tell Us More". For example, I can recommend it, but not as something you won't be able to put down. I have read other books lately that clearly shows the author's own unique personality, such as Breitbart, The Threat by McCabe. I could have just as well been given a list and read it instead. Also, it was Audible that I listened to and I am really getting tired of the readers they use. For now on, I will be looking for the actual author as the narrator and if it is not he or she, I will skip the audible. It is just not the same!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

tRump As Seen Through Gingrich's Eyes...
I purchased this book only as a gift and because it was author-signed. The recipient was pleased to have a book by an author whose signed book was not yet in his collection. However, the story of the mentally and emotionally deficient Donald Trump and his rampage through America as told by Gingrich is done in a very dry and methodical manner. It is not an easy nor compelling read. tRump is not a worthy candidate for a book, and once he is dragged out of office hopefully, there will be a very wide range of far more interesting and much better written books to read.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
