I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging.
