I told them that and they sent another box and that had the missing pieces that I needed along with another rear bumper. I asked about returning the extra & to save my time there was no need. Reached out and got a quick response with suggestions on corrections and refund options. Happy with the outcome. Something to note though, not manufactured with heavy duty steel like OEM but good value.
