Arrived in as new or new condition. I had to rotate it a few times to engage the hydraulic but in fairness i was tired and I think I turned it the wrong way. Was relieved when it all held in place and adjusted nicely. Good solid metal kit for a reasonable price. Excellent seller communication, and looks great over my YSP 800 Yamaha soundbar. Happy as now I have room on my table.

I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality, which is very good; solid & thick metal, good welding, good painting, large screws & bolts & a powerful gas lift. Perfect condition as it was a new item & it looks good, with matching black glossy paint on the metal & plastics. I found it easy to assemble & set-up. This seems like good value for the £35.75 delivered I paid for it. I recommend the product & seller.

Would definitely purchase from seller again. I have used the monitor arm for an Odyssey G9 OLED 144hz, which has far less curve than the other G9s though still not recommended. The listing communicated compatability warnings well - it could only be clearer with flashing neon lights. Arm is holding up well so far.
