Unfortunately despite us disabling shipping to your location in Puerto Rico, eBay still allowed the purchase to go through. Due to distribution rights we are not authorised to ship the MET brand to your location so we had to reimburse your purchase. A tracking number was originally provided as a label had been generated prior to us noticing the error. I'm very sorry for the trouble caused here.
