The sellers claimed it was received damaged and no refund was forthcoming. A photo showed a ring of crystal shattered into many pieces some very small. It would take a hammer blow to do such damage. The crystal ring was returned intact wrapped in bubble wrap and wedged securely between two foam supports. We were unable to sell and was disposed off and buyer thought we should bear the cost of this.

I contacted the seller who sent a replacement. They were great and 100% proffessional. Everything was as the seller described value, quality condition, appearence spot on. Great seller too deal with.
