Zero star rating the packaging: It was awful. The boxed item was sent in an unreinforced padded envelope. The manufacturer's box was crushed. The tool itself, was fine. Although purchased for actual use, the display and cash values of the box have been diminished. They had (2) nearly identical, vintage English bridles w/Tennessee Walking horse bits. I was aware these were old & most likely unusable, but I only wanted them for parts for a display. However, I received the wrong one & notified Seller, they got back to me promptly, said they’d send the correct one, free of charge, & to keep the wrong one. Hopefully they’ll clean up nicely. Bonus: Made in England leather
