Is it really helping? I have no idea but if you are going to do what I am doing, this is a very reasonably priced form of the vitamin. Incidentally, it wasn't the doctor who said I should take this --- online articles suggested it would help.

I purchased many items from this seller and will keep doing so , seller is honest and customer oriented no questions asked

Fast reply from the seller and tracking appeared along with a late arrival notice from USPS within 24 hours. Not sure why this happened but finally got the item okay.
