I had to inform them that unfortunately the ssd they sent out was defective (caused pc to crash on multiple test setups). They responded quickly and got straight onto getting the issue resolved. Replacement product worked flawlessly. Product was exactly as advertised, in perfect condition (as new) , well packaged and good value. I would recommend this seller as sometimes things can go wrong but they sorted issues extremely fast.
