Nothing is like it seems anymore
In one sentance near the bottom of the listing it does state that you must remove yours and send it in for them to re-build it. However the entire ad is structured as if you are just ordering another one for replacement. It should be Titled "EXCHANGE for your Non Working Seatbelt". I gues these days you have to read all the fine print and figure out just what these people are doing.
