Contacted them and I was supposed to pay shipping to have them repair it again. Called my customer and told them the board didn't work, and I would have to ship it off again to get repaired. Customer was upset and didn't want to wait another 2-week turnaround time. Customer picked up tv not working. I'm out $80 plus shipping and they won't offer any refund. BUYER BEWARE

Follow their exact instructions. Send my board in! Let me tell you they are good at what they do. Quality build. My board came back to me in perfect condition. Best value in repair price. They ship it back to me in 2 days as they said. Super quality packaging. Thank you so much.

The seller was extremely responsive and communicated very well. I actually had an issue through no fault of the seller and they were able to guide me to a resolution within an hour of messaging them.
