The condition when received was excellent. Good wrapping, a solid box and a good zippered cover. This item was excellent value and the blue colour looks good too. Unfortunately the parcel tracking system went quiet for 4 days which made planning for parcel arrival a little haphazard.

Item took 22 days to arrive because Aramex. Time of year is the excuse. Auspost got an item to me in 5 days of Christmas week, 2 days were holidays Christmas and Boxing day but still got it to me in that week.
