The hair is just as shown with the bangs covering the eyebrows. as I wanted. Included was a pack of mostly complete hand variations, ear variation and a small animal. I'm very happy to have received a stand for the doll and a storage sleeve. The box was heavy cardboard and her face had a plastic cover to protect during shipping. Two layers of bubble wrap around the doll completed packaging. 5*s
