You can easily fill them up and easily pour over your food. I must say some sauce types need to be diluted a bit to make this bottle easier to use, I tend to use 1 tablespoon of vinegar for Ketchup and BBQ, and same amount of lemon juice for Mayo.

The lids are a bit tricky to get sealed, you have to press them down while tightening, otherwise they leak when dispensing. Overall, they make a great job of oiling pans with a measured amount. The seal caps work well, keeping out detritus and helping prevent oxidation.
