This is the only subcompact holster in this price range that has true level 1 retention by safariland standards. All others have only a simple thumb break snap that's easily defeated by someone trying to grab your gun. This one has clip lock that requires using both the thumb and index finger to release the retention strap, making it very difficult for the bad guy to snatch your weapon in a scuffle.
