    The cassette arrived quickly, but was missing 1 cog (I believe the description said "new, open box" so I'm sure they didn't realize there was a problem) The seller gave me a full refund and asked me to dispose of the cassette on my end. Seller offered free return but kid had to ride his bike so.. seller did not offer partial refund so we suggested to check future sales and quality control to avoid this problem in the future.     Ordered at a bad time without thinking about it (A friday). Come monday i was making a trip into asheville anyway and just decided to buy this part from a shop. Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault. Should they have something i need, will def be doing business again with this seller.

    Quiets down a noisy drivetrain for sure

    So, using this stuff compared to my own 3:1 mix of Odorless Mineral Spirits with Mobil 1 5w-30 Synthetic motor oil, it seems about the same in terms of cleaning ability and keeping the drivetrain clean. Statement based on my results of using it on my expensive racing bikes, which honestly, are so maintained it's almost impossible to have a bad product on them since I clean and lube them often. Better test for me was to take my commuter bike, which is NOT well maintained, sits outside in rain sometimes, etc. It's a converted singlespeed mountain bike, drivetrain is well worn but does what I need it to. It was in need of some TLC, so I followed the directions on the lube bottle and applied, spun chain backwards for a few, then started wiping. I did this twice, the chain was pretty ...

    When your really dry and need the lube...!

    I love this lube it's great at cleaning and leaving just a small amount of oil film from this lube where you need it.. The only reason I did not give it the full 5 star count, is because I let it sit on my work desk for a day and the next day when I came back it had separated over night so I took a star off.. But when shaken and applied to you chain and wiped off after spinning your chain for a while It will leave a slight film of oil, and that is what you want after cleaning the chain... Great stuff..!

    Best lube for mountain bikes

    I’ve tried other lubes when I couldn’t find Rock-N-Roll Gold and always come straight back to this brand when it’s available. Rock-N-Roll Gold is easy to apply with no mess as it cleans and lubricants all in one. Stands up to the rigors of mountain biking.

    QUALITY BIKE LUBRICANT

    I am not so knowledgeable about bicycle lubricants. I just know it's not a good idea to use WD 40 for the chain and other movable parts. However, I think this gold lube bicycle chain lubricant is doing its job. Not only does it help the parts move well, but it also cleans. (You do have to wipe it off when cleaning.) I will purchase it again.
