They shipped out a new package using a faster service, to replace it and ensure I got it quickly. 4 days later I received the new package and was able to install my battery. They made the process quick and easy to get a replacement, due to USPS losing the package. They have great customer service, and I highly recommend them due to handling issues very well & making the process stress-free
