However I can’t knock the product that was recieved, as it was as described and I’m really happy with it. The seller also issued a small goodwill gesture to me which was much appreciated and shows great customer service. Thanks

Parcelforce sent me a literal printed letter in the mail containing your customs charges reference number, which has to be paid before they will release it for delivery.
