Even though the satisfaction rating for this seller is high, I was left feeling like they really don't care on a fundamental level. The item I purchased was several days overdue when I first contacted them through Ebay. I did receive an answer but it was a form type response. We tried to look into the issue, but instead of allowing a day or two, you pushed for an overnight replacement. All we ask for is a little patience in situations like this!
