Every time we pull the over off, the debris falls into the pool making it completely useless especially if it rains on top and the cover sinks to the bottom. Better off to spend the money on an awning or use screen material so the cover doesn't fill with water making it impossible to remove the cover and keep the debris out.

I contacted them and told them the problem, and she said that it wasn't a problem and issued me a refund after sending a picture of it to her. The customer service with them is exceptionally outstanding and my refund was issued the day she received the pics. Great seller that I would have no problem ordering from again. A++ seller!
