It smells due to chemical processes it appears from manufacturing. I tried to sit it outside for a few hours but that didn’t work. I decided to put some dyer sheets in all areas overnight and all day today and I believe I’ve resolved that issue that is common with luxury brands that come from the same manufacturer. Still gave 5 stars because it’s well made.
