I ordered a medium with my 34 inch chest and I am small boned but it was a bit tight on the armpits. I like a looser arm hole. I may ordera large. Yet because the fabric is soft and has a stretch in the weave the tighter armhole wasn't irritating.

Great model, excellent quality of silk that it makes me sorry to wear it as a slipp what it was bought for. Couldn't be happier. Didn't have any communication with the seller but gave my 5 star
